By booking an appointment with a practitioner at Nurture & Thrive via our online system (Cliniko), you agree to the following:

Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment time are non-refundable.

Clinical responsibility

Online booking is for scheduling purposes only and does not replace a full clinical assessment. All treatment decisions will be made during your consultation.

To support safe and effective care, you agree to provide accurate and complete health information.

Minors

Appointments for infants and children must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present during the consultation.
